Can I use wippix commercially?

 

The methodology of constructing the wippix index is protected by copyright.

However, the license is free, freely available to any entity.

The condition for the free use of the license is that the wippix index is not misused for unfair commercial practices, in particular for incorrect construction of the calculation or for the evaluation of wines that do not correspond to reality. In such a case, the rights holder may revoke the license from the entity.
